Now, keeping the finger in the same position on the fret, move your second finger to the next fret of the first string and pluck it again.
Keep both fingers in position and move to the third finger on third fret of the same string and again pluck it. In the end, move the fourth finger to the fourth fret of the same first string and listen to the plucking again. This should be done while having the third finger in the same position.
Good practice after the guitar plucking lessons will ensure you some ease. Pluck the open string initially and then follow the finger movement on the respective frets in order to get the rhythm. Now, remove the third finger and pluck, having the second finger in position. Finally, remove the second finger also and pluck the string having the first finger intact on the first fret.
This is just for one string and so dedicated practice on this, monitoring the tempo as well, will be a good exercise. The sound of the guitar should be nice and clear to the ears.
Continuous practice at home and regular guitar plucking lessons will see you through. Moving to the second string, the same pattern is followed as we did for first string. Remember to keep the fingers on their respective frets until you go reverse.
